2. Purpose of Collection
Your data is used to verify eligibility for agricultural subsidies, provide extension services, perform national agricultural planning, and improve food security monitoring in Kenya.
3. Data Protection Compliance
KIAMIS is built and operated in strict compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with authorized government agencies, financial institutions (for subsidy disbursement), and strategic partners solely for the purpose of agricultural service delivery.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Data is stored on secure government-managed cloud infrastructure. We retain your information as long as is necessary to provide agricultural services and as required by national records retention policies.
6. Your Rights
As a registered farmer, you have the right to access your data, request corrections to inaccurate information, and be informed about how your data is being used.
